Air tanks are used to balance the pressure at the compressor outlet. It acts as a reservoir to meet sudden or unusual demands that exceed the compressor capacity. It prevents the compressors from running too often at load and at idle. Lupamat compressed air tanks are manufactured vertically or horizontally in the range of 500-10,000 liters in accordance with the EU-Pressure Equipment directive 2014/68/EC and EN 13445 standard. Tanks with higher volume and higher working pressure are produced upon request.
